Our story
We began as a small weekend workshop taught by a chef who returned home after training abroad. Word spread among local farmers and food lovers: the studio grew by invitation. Over five years we refined the curriculum to prioritize technique, seasonal menus, and the quiet confidence that comes from practice. Today we host masterclasses, private evenings, and tailored apprenticeship tracks that connect students with the local food community.
Our evolution has always been steady: start small, learn deeply, share generously. That approach shapes every lesson and every menu.
